At O Positiv, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the unworn items with original tags attached and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  After our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
